Key equipment access threshold

According to data from the Beijing Municipal Commission of Communications, the average daily passenger traffic of the rail transit network reached 10.30 million passengers, a year-on-year increase of 3.6%; the highest daily passenger traffic reached 12.9402 million passengers. Incorporate into the government emergency management system


According to the relevant investigations conducted by the Ministry of Transport, some urban rail transit emergency drills have problems such as single mode, weak combat effectiveness, and insufficient public participation.


To this end, the "Opinions" propose that governments at or above the city level should incorporate urban rail transit emergency management into the government emergency management system, establish emergency response mechanisms, and clarify the division of responsibilities, working mechanisms and disposal requirements of relevant departments and units. . Strengthen the construction of emergency rescue forces and emergency training, increase the research and development of professional rescue equipment, and build a national-level urban rail transit emergency drill center. And encourage and support relevant parties to strengthen the research and development of professional rescue equipment. Strengthen the on-site disposal response and establish a working mechanism for coordination, rapid response, and scientific disposal of all parties concerned.
